About the room
Nice clean home in a safe neighborhood in Vallejo. Utilities included and full use of kitchen, laundry room, excercise equipment, etc. Room is furnished. The Bathroom is right next to this room. Room also has access from backyard/side gate too. There is a patio with a table/chairs too just for the occupants to use. Looking for a quiet, clean, respectful roomate. About the roomies
I’m Tim, a professional male/business owner. I run a moving business, an electrician and cater on the side as well. I occupy 1 room in the home. I have 1 teenage son that lives with me along with his 21 year old brother and he has the in law unit in the back. In addition, I have a female Roomate that rents out another room. It may sound like a busy household but it’s actually very quiet and everyone has their own space. My boys use my bathroom. The other bathroom would be shared between the 2 Roomates. I Also have 1 friendly dog but he’s usually with my son in the in law unit. It’s a chill quiet home and neighborhood.
