About the room
The Room: I am renting one room in my 3 bedroom/2.5 bath house. The room has a north facing window and is 11ft by 14 ft with an ensuite bathroom. The closet runs the length of the 14 ft wall so there is lots of storage. Private 3 piece bathroom (walk in shower). Included utilities are water, gas, electricity and trash.
Room can be furnished with a full size bed and a small dresser or you can bring your own furniture.
Pet Policy: I have a husky and would prefer no other dogs right now.
About the roomies
Hi, Iām Allison and I am 40 years old. I currently live here with my senior dog, Maverick.
I prefer advance notice when people are coming over and would like overnight guests to be kept to a minimum unless we discuss it in advance. Iām looking for a roommate, not a couple. I would provide you with the same courtesy.
Smoke of any kind does not agree with me, so I am firm on no smoking/vaping or candles, please.
