Ryan's room

Nice room, hardwood floors. Shared, but nice bathroom with large closet in the bathroom. Washer/Dryer in home. Full kitchen access. Plenty of cabinet shelf space. Utilities are included in flat fee - high speed internet, electricity, gas, pest control. Robot vacuum which can clean your floor.

Currently it is myself and one other roommate. He works as a substitute teacher and I work from home. We are friendly but you really won’t even see us that often; really only when cooking. Otherwise we’re either not home or in our rooms. It’s not really a social house, but we are friendly, clean, quiet and professional.
