Nice room, hardwood floors. Shared, but nice bathroom with large closet in the bathroom. Washer/Dryer in home. Full kitchen access. Plenty of cabinet shelf space. Utilities are included in flat fee - high speed internet, electricity, gas, pest control.

Currently it is myself and one other roommate. He works during the day and I work from home. We are friendly but you really won’t even see us that often; really only when cooking. Otherwise we’re either not home or in our room. It’s not really a social house, but we are friendly, clean, quiet and professional. The bathroom is shared with 1 other person. I have 1 small dog who I rescued and is very friendly. He is with me most of the time and will stay out of your way if you prefer. He is more than willing to be your friend as well if you choose.
