We live in a triplex style, large home on a 3.5 acre farm in the back of a lovely, safe neighborhood. We are convenient to 285 and a cute downtown Tucker area.

The available room is in the 3 bedroom apartment in the full daylight basement.

Large walk in closet and private bathroom with shower.

Large living area - kitchen/dining/ living room /laundry is shared with two women. Both 30’s, wonderful people.

No pets, one person only, no overnight guests, no smoking on the property, no drugs, some alcohol ok.

We have a large garden, 4 goats and chickens

There’s a bubbling creek with trails, bikes you can borrow, a wooded park next-door, and lovely winding neighborhood streets for walking or jogging. Neighborhood pool you can go to with us as our guests any time or get your own membership if you want 24/7 access May-Oct.

$200 non-refundable deposit that you get back at move out if you give us 30 days notice. We guarantee you at least a year, and you can leave any time. We prefer tenants who plan to stay at least six months, but we understand if things change.

We do optional monthly house potlucks. We have three tenants in this basement apartment (one is my older mom), three in the over the garage apartment, and three in our main house upstairs. Plenty of parking and three sets of shared laundry machines for all.

Both women are tidy and easy to live with.

Roommates throughout the triplex range in age from 22 to 78 and are all really great people who keep things tidy and get along well. We have three children 17 year old twin girls, and a 13 year old son.
