In the heart of Monrovia - cross streets Primrose and Lemon. This 2-bedroom is in a small apt complex with laundry on site. You’ll have full access to the kitchen and will share a bath. All the photos of a bedroom, including the closet, are of your room.

I can be quiet, but I do love music - from EDM, to afro beat, alt-rock, reggae and modern classical. I work for Caltech F/T and have the flexibility to work from home so I’m sometimes home hogging the kitchen table. If you’re someone who cleans up after yourself, pay the rent on time (Zelle preferred), and don’t have too many overnight guests, we should be fine. I’m looking to move from this unit, so if you’re interested in teaming up, let me know.
