I can be quiet, but I do love music on the weekends - from EDM, to afro beat, alt-rock, reggae, and modern classical. I work outside the home F/T and have side projects that leave me hogging the kitchen table too much, but if you’ll be using it, I’d move my work to my bedroom.
Bottom line, if you’re someone who cleans up after yourself, pays the rent on time (Zelle preferred), and only have the occasional overnight guest, we should be fine.
