Hello, I have a condo out in the city where there is an extra bedroom available for month-to-month renting. The utilities and parking are included automatically out of generosity.

I will bare the burdens of utilities as long as those privileges aren’t abused (leaving lights or utilities on without the need/use of them… ex: lights on in condo when you are leaving the condo for work, store 🏬, school 🏫 etc) so I don’t have to start splitting the bills up 3 ways. The parking is free street parking. As a renter your only fee is your monthly rent amount of $800 a month.

There is no security deposit required to move in, there is only a $250 move-in fee (one time non-refundable fee) the site/template just prompts to fill in deposit.

I am not commonly there. I only visit every 3 or so days/certain occasions, as we typically stay out in the plainfield area/elsewhere. Meaning there is a lot of privacy. This is a no pets allowed condo and no indoor smoking, but we do have a lovely attached backyard/porch to smoke on and still be right by the condo door.

It is fully furnished with kitchen furniture and utensils provided as well as an in home washer and dryer. We are perfectly located right by Chinatown and the white Sox stadium 🏟 that is conveniently located by 2 train stations, several industrious bus stops and terminals, not to mention being within walking distance to Chinatown and the white Sox stadium.
