I’m looking for a new roommate to take over the second bedroom in my awesome East Hollywood apartment!

LOCATION: The apartment is in a GREAT central location!! 3 min from center of Los Feliz, 5 min from the heart of Silverlake. 101 and 5 FWY access a few minutes away. Griffith park is really close and has awesome hiking trails above the Observatory. Apt is conveniently located near all the major banks (WELLS FARGO, CITI, CHASE), best grocery markets (LASSENS, TRADER JOES, VONS), and amazing coffee houses… (MARU, DINOSAUR, INTELLIGENTSIA, etc). So many great restaurants and bars in the nearby areas, but my little street is quiet at night. Perfect win/win.

ABOUT YOUR NEW ROOMMATE: I am a 30 yr old female, born and raised LA native, looking for a new roommate around the same age to share my awesome apartment with. I work full-time in the music industry as a songwriter and music director. I’ve lived here in this lovely apartment for nearly 5 years. My current (and amazing) roommate is unfortunately moving to Santa Monica to be closer to her new job next month - I’m hoping to share the space again with another long-term housemate, as I’ve had great luck in the past finding awesome roommates! I’m an outgoing person who is out of the house most days of the week, but I cherish down-time at home, relaxing in the evenings. I like hiking nearby, trying out new dinner recipes, catching up on Netflix, occasional glass of wine with friends, etc. On weekends I’m typically out with a friend or visiting with family. I have a full-time (mostly out of the house) work schedule, so I like to keep the overall vibe of the apartment a calm, clean and relaxing shared space where we can always feel comfortable unwinding when we are home.

WHO I’M LOOKING FOR: Someone responsible, laid back, STEADY JOB/FINANCIALLY SECURE, PAYS BILLS ON-TIME, has respect for shared spaces/KEEPS CLEAN :) Drama-free, please! No party types, but feel free to have your friends over and feel at home. Your new room will be unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished and without room for additions.
