Greetings, I am 26-year-old male professional from the Virginia Military Institute. I am looking for 1 individual roommate to rent the upstairs room. You will be living with 4 others (including myself) with 1 dogs and 2 cats. I am offering the room (10ftx12ft) that comes with a shared bathroom, shared balcony, carpeted floor, and a twin bed (optional) for $650/mo. Parking and utilities are included in rental fee.

Enjoy a quiet and friendly Summerlin household and neighborhood in Southwest Las Vegas area. Home is close to a community pool, parks, tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball fields, and playgrounds. Major Cross Streets are Fort Apache and Hualapai. The home is 10min drive to Summerlin Hospital, Red Rock Casino and Downtown Summerlin.

A refundable security/ reservation deposit will be needed in advance. 6 month minimum contract. Must have a minimum credit score of 620. Background check required. Renters Insurance recommended. Must be able to cover 3x the amount of rent posted. Must be pet and LGBTQ friendly. Smoking permitted outside only.

You will be living with 4 others with 1 dog and 2 cats. I am a Civil Engineer and Army Engineer Officer that works from 9am-5pm and one weekend a month. The first roommate (Female, 32) works in the afternoons (1pm-8pm) a Safety Supervisor and at night (11pm-8am) as a casino security officer. The second roommate (Male, 36) works as a Travel Agent (11pm-7am). Lastly, the third roommate (Male, 20) works in IT (9am-5pm). Quiet, clean, and respectable household. We all keep to ourselves.
