About the room
11x10 ft room with 2 closets and 2 windows facing the front courtyard Located in a very lively area, walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach and grocery store. Apartment amenities include on site laundry, grills, rooftop workspaces, pool, jacuzzi and gym. Area is patrolled by private security, very safe and family friendly neighborhood. ROOM IS UNFURNISHED. I don’t have any pictures pre moving in.
About the roomies
I’m 24, drama free and very easy going. I like to keep the apartment clean but won’t get angry over a few dirty dishes and things left about. I need someone who is going to be covid safe and follow all CDC guidelines as I am working for a family who has at risk members. I’m very social, love meeting new people and trying new things. In my spare time I am a makeup artist I also love yoga, shopping and watching movies. I have a dog he is a mini dachshund and is very friendly and loving. He gets along with other animals but is still a puppy so preferably a cat or a extremely well behaved and trained dog. My apartment is a safe space, there is no room for hate or discrimination based on race, gender identity, partner choice etc. please do not reach out if that is something you don’t agree with.
