Private room available in 2b 2ba condo right off Watertown Square. The room is 12’X12’ plus a small closet. The condo is on the 5th floor of an elevator building and is mostly furnished aside from the room for rent. You would essentially have your own bathroom, however, you would share it with any house guests. Lots of walking paths around, easy access to several bus lines, restaurants, CVS, post office, library etc. Heat and hot water is included. Split on Internet and Electricity (typically $60-70) Currently no cable TV but it can be discussed. The rent does not include parking, however a spot can usually be rented in our lot for around $60 during the winter months and there is plentiful street parking for the warmer months (it is illegal to park overnight on the street Nov-Apr). The facility comes with laundry facilities (One floor up and in the basement) and a gym and rec area (basement, currently closed due to covid).

I am in my early 30s working IT and learning and development in Cambridge when not remote. I am a big cyclist and musician, I enjoy watching hockey, 30 Rock and British comedy. I am looking for someone who takes the pandemic seriously (aka follows state and local guidlines, occasionally meets up with select folks who also follow guidelines) and will be a good companion should a lockdown come into effect.
