Rent is $500 a month. Water, power and wifi fluctuate. This is a sublease, so the lease will need to be taken over. Security deposit is $500 as well.
Female dog and male cat currently live at the house, but are usually friendly with other animals (upon meet n greet).
About the roomies
I am a full time Junior Marketing Manager with an ad agency in Savannah who mostly works from home. Haley is working her way into real estate. We like to keep the house clean and smelling nice! 420 friendly, just not in the house (we have an upstairs balcony!). We love animals, cooking, Netflix, video games, makeup, and much more!
