Jack and Jill bathroom to share w/ only one girl and there is another half bathroom downstairs. It’s a townhouse in a very quiet gated community w/ fitness room, pool, plenty of parking spaces, beautiful landscape and clubhouse. Excellent location next to Smith supermarket, Starbucks, Dollar Tree, 7-Eleven, many other stores, restaurants and most banks. The cross streets are Flaming Rd and Viking Rd, 4 miles away from The Strip and min away from the highway.

I’m 41 years old, divorced and I don’t have kids. I was born in Brazil, moved to EU 12 yrs ago and I’ve been living in US for over five years. I am ambitious and driven.
