The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable Full bed, nightstand, TV, and a spacious closet. You’ll share a Jack & Jill bathroom with just one other person — a 21-year-old nursing student who moved in about three months ago. She’s very sweet, respectful, and responsible, creating a calm and friendly living environment.

This is a female-only household — currently, it’s just me, my cat, and the nursing student. I travel about 10 days per month, so the house stays peaceful and quiet most of the time.

The kitchen is fully equipped — including dishware, pots and pans, silverware, and all essentials, so you don’t need to bring your own.

Located in a quiet, gated townhouse community, you’ll enjoy access to great amenities including a pool, clubhouse, beautifully landscaped grounds, and ample parking.

The location is excellent — just 4 miles from The Strip and minutes from the highway. Nearby, you’ll find Smith’s supermarket, Starbucks, Dollar Tree, 7-Eleven, restaurants, shops, and banks for everyday convenience. (Cross streets: Flamingo Rd & Viking Rd)
