Roommate wanted to share house Located in Sherwood with North Little Rock address on a quiet, dead end street close to shopping such as the McCain & Lakewood malls. Full kitchen, laundry privileges, large screen TV in living room. Large back corner bedroom with standard size bed, tall 5 drawer chest, 2 night stands, a couple of other small cabinets for storage, large closet with plenty of storage. Room has cable hook up with Dish Satellite TV. Renter needs to furnish his/her own bedding (sheets, etc.) & linens such as towels, etc. Share light yard work and share 1/2 of monthly utilities. Outside smoker okay and occasional drinker.

Only one occupant who is a Male widow veteran, 70 yrs old, outside smoker, occasionally drinks. He is and has always been interested in classic cars, rebuilding and painting them.
