The Phoenix Apartments is a great community. There is no noise/disturbances and a ton of parking. The unit is upstairs and comes with a washer and dryer. The living room is also fully furnished. You would have your own room and bathroom. The closet is of reasonable size.

I am currently unemployed and looking to sublease my room. The roommate occupying the other room is super friendly and keeps to herself. She works throughout the week and is out of the house majority of the time. While in the house, she’s always in her room.
