The room I am subletting is the master bedroom. The room has plenty of closet space and is equipped with WiFi and cable. The room is pretty large and previous roommates had queen-sized beds with plenty of room left over. I do have a queen bed and dresser that I can furnish the room with, if preferred. The bathroom is a Jack and Jill shared bathroom, although I only use that bathroom for showering. I am looking for someone to share the townhouse, not just rent the room. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and there is a back patio and fenced in back yard. The property is 2.5 miles from downtown Winter Garden and is within close driving distance to restaurants, bars and grocery stores. It is also 4 miles away from Winter Garden Village.

My name is Michelle and I work as a nanny for a private family in Longwood. My hours are regular M-F and I would prefer someone with similar hours. I am looking for a non-smoker who is over the age of 35 and who is employed. I don’t have a lot of rules and am fairly easy to live with (after my morning caffeine fix!) but I don’t want any drama! My previous roommates and I split costs for a housecleaning service every 2-4 weeks since cleaning house isn’t something I enjoy! The move in date is on or around August 1st.
