Lausanne Drive

Hey guys and gals, I’m a laid back guy in my late 20s looking for a roommate to rent a room in my condo for the next year (12 month lease). I have two rooms to choose from , the first is a 250 square foot loft on the 3rd floor that goes for $750 a month. The second is 150 square feet on the 2nd floor with an attached full size bathroom that is $600. My condo is in a great location with easy access to both 65 and 24; near the Nippers Corner and Lennox Village shopping districts and 15 minutes from downtown Nashville. Utilities will be split 3 ways and usually total about 375 a month, this includes high speed internet/cable electric water and trash.
