I am looking for one person to take over my lease as a re-rent of a 1121sqft 2bd 2ba apartment. One private bd/ba is available with an existing housemate (read below for details). Located in downtown Madison at City Place (430 W Main St); start date flexible and the lease ends June 31st, 2021. It is possible to renew the lease.

The apartment is furnished, and you can choose to keep or sell the furniture when you move out. I purchased everything three months ago, so the furniture and appliances are in great condition. The apartment is on the 4th floor with a corner balcony and plenty of windows for natural light during the day, and there is an elevator. A washer and dryer are included in the unit, and you will have access to three closets including the bedroom closet, with a private storage unit located in the underground parking garage as well. The rent is $790; gas, electricity, and internet are paid separately (varies by usage, usually ~$80 total). Underground parking is optional for an additional $145/mo. I have taken care of the security deposit.

You will share the apartment with my current housemate, Dylaan (M, 22). He and I both moved to Madison at the same time to work at Epic, and he is great to live with. He cleans up after himself, is pretty outgoing without being loud or intrusive, and I’m happy to tell you more or share his contact info for those considering the apartment.
