One bedroom for rent in a three bedroom home to share with two housemates. Full bathroom is shared (with male housemate) with additional half bathroom downstairs. Room size is approximately 11x11. Full house privileges includes laundry (downstairs in garage) and kitchen - as long as you are clean and respectable of shared space, clean after cooking, etc.

Community: My home is in a cute and quiet neighborhood. There is always plenty of street parking. Community amenities include swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, parks, and access to trails and walking distance to shopping at the Marketplace. Additional parking could be made available in the attached garage for an additional monthly charge.

The right match for our home will be positive/have good energy and be SUPER clean, responsible and respectful. You must be okay with sharing the home with cats (We have two). No couples, children or pets. Occasional overnight guest is okay. Preferred age range is 25-50.

Current housemates work full time and our home is kept very clean and quiet.

I am: 37 yr old female. Works M-F 8-5 in a corporate setting (in office full time) and loves traveling and working out.

He is: 40 yr old male, shares full bathroom upstairs with prospective new tenant. He works afternoons/evenings and loves reading and playing guitar. Because of his evening work schedule, you will probably rarely see him if you work an 8-5 style job.

New roommate: positive energy, drama free, very clean, respectful and responsible.
