I have a room for rent in my 2bd 2.5bath condo located in North Scottsdale off Bell rd. This room will become available April 1st.

Rent is $1200/month with utilities included on 6 month term. $50/month will be added for the higher A/C cost in June, July and August.

Additional info:

• room is furnished with a bed. Please have your own bedding and decor
• You will have your own parking space in my attached garage.
• Community pool
• Rest of house is fully furnished
• I have a 4 year old goldendoodle, so must be ok with dogs. She is fully house/potty trained and does not shed.
• Looking to rent to another female
• At the end of move out, I will require a $60 move out cleaning fee

Great safe area 5 min south of Desert Ridge, 8 mins to Kierland/Quarter and 20 mins to Old Town.

I’m 28 years old and work remotely for a website development company. I moved to AZ about 5.5 years ago from California. I love being social and hanging out with friends. Also love exploring around AZ and getting out of the house as much as possible since I work from home.
