I have a small male malaise/poodle well mannered, house-trained male and kept in an enclosed area. Hair is not an issue. No other pets. If you want a clean, safe and respectful environment. Older professional, I usually don’t stay up late during the week. I some times work from home or away from home. Looking forward to retiring. Would like a roommate that knows how to take care of and manage a house. This is a two-story home, so if you’re downstairs in the evening, still up and mindful of loud noises, it should be fine. I am clean and organized overall. No parties. Don’t encourage having people overnight or loud parties. I do drink a little, but moderation is key.
