About the apartment:

2bed/2bath (You would have your own bathroom) nice living room, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and gas range. Living room with large storage/coat closet that is shared and there’s another one between the rooms. Large laundry space in the apartment, with washer and dryer. The kitchen is also available for your kitchen items you’d like to bring. I currently have 2 cats, they are really sweet and harmless, (they only stay in my room). Unfortunately cats and dogs aren’t allowed, sorry 😑

The apartment is located at Powers Ferry, it’s an amazing area around the Chattahoochee river. It is great, if you like running, hiking, biking or just being by the water. We don’t have to all be BFFs but at least we can be social and hang out once in a while, CLEANLINESS & TRUSTWORTHINESS are a must. NO smoking. NO pets. NO long-term guests.
