This is a private bedroom in a peaceful home. This bedroom has extra closet space. The room faces the street and gets lots of light. We have hardwood floors throughout. We keep the house very clean. I have 1 small dog & 1 cat, they are Well behaved and friendly. Sorry, no more pets You would be sharing main bathroom with another female, Single person only. No couples. Utilities included are Internet, Electricity, Water/garbage. Kitchen is small, so limited kitchen use. Within walking distance to groceries, cleaners, & restaurants. Washer dryer is in the garage. .
