Hi, I’m looking for a roommate for one of the rooms currently open at my 4BR/3BA home. It’s the second floor bedroom which is the only bedroom on that floor. Bathroom is right outside the room, and is shared with one other female who is on the third floor. Park your car on the dead-end neighborhood street next to the house. Rent is $700 plus shared utilities which fluctuates throughout the year but on average $65/month. Kitchen, fridge space, laundry room are shared responsibly among the roommates.

No smoking/drugs/pets. We all either go to college or an 8-5 work, and are quiet at home. Looking for another female with a similar lifestyle.

The desk and the bed shown in the picture can be used if you wish, or they can be cleaned out.

Individual females living in the first floor and third floor room, and the owner couple (married) living in the master bedroom temporarily during the worst of the pandemic. We all have jobs as store clerk, aesthetician, engineer. Everyone is in early to mid 30’s, very quiet and keep to themselves. Very respectful of each other’s space and cleanliness of the common area.
