Private room for rent with a private bathroom in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse in Costa Mesa/Newport Beach. The room comes unfurnished.
Rent is $1175 per month plus utilities (approx. $50-70/month). We have a mandatory house cleaning every month which costs us $20 per person.
You can share it with one more person if you’d like.
Amenities in the community include pool, public park, in-unit washer and dryer, and a parking space in the community.
Nearby is smart & final grocery (0.2 miles), traders joe , Grocery Outlet, Mother’s, etc (0.2 miles range), Newport Beach (1.8 miles), TIMES nightclub (0.3 miles), and many other stores/restaurants (In&Out, Buffalo Wild Wings, Crack Shack etc)

About the roomies
The other two upstairs bedrooms are occupied by two working professionals (one male and one female). Both are software developers who are currently working from home due to COVID guidelines but may return to office early / mid next year 2021. We are easy going and keep to ourself. We do not party or have large guests over.
