Spacious house with one spare bedroom to rent. The bedroom is unfurnished. You have your own stand alone bathroom. Utility fee is additional and evenly distributed among roommates each month, usually around 90-100 a month per person. 10 min from UCF, 15 min from downtown. Close to major shopping areas. Kitchen, living room, laundry room and all common areas are available to use. There is parking space in the driveway. We like individuals who are clean and quiet, as we like to keep it that way.
