You would have your own room, desk and 42 inch tv ( I have the TV currently in another room) . Room has a closet and dresser you can utilize . Kitchen , bathroom , and laundry shared . Includes room for storage. We will split electricity, water, garbage. No overnight guests, no partiers, prefer non smoking

Working professional. I do work from Home . Prefer you work daytime hours non remote but I am willing to listen . I like to keep to myself , not a partier , no drama roommate. Just need someone who will respect each other’s privacy. We dont have to be friends but cordial. I have a gym in my basement you are welcome to use as well . I have a treadmill , elliptical , rowing machine , home gym , weight bench and dumb bells .
