The apartment is a five bedroom place. The available 3rd floor room is about 11x12 with a partially sloping ceiling, small closet, window, full/double sized bed, bedside table, desk, and a bureau and is $700/month, not including utilities. Electric, internet, gas, water, and oil heat bills are split between the 5 roommates. The apartment has one and a half shared bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, and living room. The full bath was gutted and redone 4 years ago. There is shared kitchen stuff, pots/pans, utensils, plates, cups, etc.. free washer and dryer in the apartment, free driveway parking (there is also street parking allowed on our street - no permit needed). The guys there now keep the place fairly clean, they are all in their late 20s. Also, there is a bit of a back yard. This is a non-smoking, no drugs apartment. One roommate has two cats with the litter box in his bedroom, not sure if any other cats will be permitted. The place is in a family neighborhood and noise and parties are not tolerated. This is NOT a party place, quite the opposite, it is quiet. The apartment is about a mile from Brandeis University and an easy drive to Bentley University. There is easy access into Boston and other towns with public transportation, also easy access to Rt. 20, Rt. 117, Rt. 95, and the Mass Pike. Grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, movies, etc… are all within walking distance, so it is a great location for a person without a car. Lease started 9/1/2025 and runs until 8/31/2026. First and last months’ rent required at move-in.

The guys in the apartment are all in their late 20s, one is a composer and bartender, one works in marketing, one is a planning and operations tech, one is a movie theatre manager. Looking for decent roommates who are courteous, clean, and will pay rent and utilities on time.
