Sarah's room

This ad is for a room in a house, which is right in the heart of Uptown Minneapolis. We’re right by Caffetto and the Wedge, and walking distance from Franklin Ave and Hennepin Ave. You can easily bike or walk to countless restaurants, bars, grocery stores, liquor stores, coffee shops, parks, etc. The house is older, and has kind of a bohemian vibe to it. It’s got a lot of character and is a little bit of a fixer-upper, but the location is amazing and the price is as good as you’ll find in this neighborhood. There is a kitchen, living room, and a bathroom, which are all shared. You would have your own private bedroom. Two of these are already rented, but the 3rd is available on February 1st. I’m an artist and a student. I’m laid-back and friendly, but also like to have plenty of me-time. So there will be you, myself, my roommate Jeff (he is older but very kind), and when my the roommate Zach moves out at the end of January, we’ll need a new tenant starting February. I know the pictures aren’t great but my camera sucks, so I promise it looks better in person :)
