Older area, located about 10 minutes from downtown Raleigh, 8 minutes from shopping mall, one block to bus stop. Will want a background check and reference check. Room is furnished, has TV. Flexible on furniture. Ranch style with unfinished basement with some storage available. Plenty of parking in yard. All you need is your personal items and clothes and food of course. Depending on what you would like we can share the cooking. Your children and or grandchildren would be welcome. However strangers would not be a welcome sight in the morning!

Prefer quiet, settled, respectable and must be clean and neat. Rent on time on first of each month. Month to month lease,30 day notice by either party.
