The living area and patio area are furnished. Kitchen has refrigerator and microwave. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. Roommate’s share of utilities runs about $150-200/mo. (internet, gas, electric, water, community fee, renter’s insurance). Month to month lease but longer lease available. Need to like cats so that you don’t mind petting them and allow them to wander into your room on occasion (no worries, litter box is in my room). Must provide good communication about overnight guests and be willing to manage any noise sensitivity with white noise, noise cancelling devices or relaxation apps, especially if you are a light sleeper 😊.
