You have your own side entrance, street parking, be mindful of Wednesday usually (7am)street sweeping mornings. Read street signs This is for a single person. If you have another person, it would be an added cost.

The room is a Tiny casita in the backyard separate from house with its own bathroom and Murphy queen size bed (mattress included) with a little couch when the bed is pulled up, it has a closet, mini fridge, toaster oven, a/c and T.V. included with the stay if you would like. Looking for someone to stay at least 12 months or longer, has to be respectful and clean. You have access to the chair and table right outside the tiny casita to sit and take in the fresh air. Unfortunately no washer/dryer access (but there is a laundry mat at the end of the block) WiFi, is included but may not be fully strong at times. Electricity and water is included.

Close to 605 freeway and Cerritos College.

Adult family in front house and a 2 tiny dogs on the property usually they are inside. PLEASE be mindful of our little dog, when going in and out of the side gate and make sure it is truly being shut behind you, she loves to try and get out but she is super friendly.
