The apartment is renovated so it’s actually really nice but it’s an old building so the walls are thick and you don’t hear too much. Bottom floor, your own bathroom (shared with guests), rooms on seperate sides of the house. Great location as its right off the bypass and with the new bridge we’re now connected to Queensgate! Rent does not include electricity or utilities as I need to wait a couple months to determine how much that would be split in two.

I’m a 22 year old female. I do prefer a female roommate but am willing to give a male a chance if he seems like he fits my criteria! I have a cat and I am working part time but trying to go full time. I’m a homebody and don’t really have a ton of people over so I would prefer someone who is a bit laid back like me and wouldn’t have parties every weekend lol. I am okay if you smoke, but I would rather you do it outside because I don’t smoke.
