This home boast an amazingly beautiful backyard with privacy fence. It’s truly a wonderful place. There is an additional fee for a pet, boat, trailer, or additional person.

That means you need to keep the house clean during your entire stay. Brooms, vacuums and mops are provided for your use. A tenant with a steady career, regular 9-5 work hours, positive goals and aspirations would be appreciated. Internet is the responsibility of the tenant and not the landlord. The landlord pays up to $75 for the AC and water, you pay the difference if you make the bills go higher. Renters Insurance is required! Only inquire if you know how to clean up after yourself. No grease cooking inside of the home is permitted.
