Amber's room

Looking to room women only. Preferably no pets or kids please. Month-Month is fine but you can stay for a while (: 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom townhome with a fenced in backyard. The bedroom is furnished with a bed, desk, and chair. You’d have your own bathroom. The only thing I’m missing is a dining room table. We will split utilities in half. Gas, water, electric, internet. 730 flat rate with utilities.

I’m a young professional that works from home most days. I’m clean and friendly and do spend time out of the house with my friends as well. I usually have friends over about once a month. I do have a cat that is friendly towards people but is used to being the only pet. I got along with my previous roommates very well. I am looking for someone responsible who is friendly and pays on time. I’m really laid back but a dealbreaker for me is tobacco. Thanks!
