It is a three bedroom townhouse with 1.5 baths, medium sized kitchen, large living room and large back yard in Point Loma, San diego, CA. Two of the bedrooms are shared with two girls to a room and the 3rd bedroom is a single male. Beautiful area, centrally located. Within 10 minutes to beaches, malls and downtown. We are all in our early to mid 20’s with full time jobs. Looking for someone who is responsible, respectable, easy-going and fun! We all enjoy going to the beach, exploring the city and living active lifestyles! Only request we would have is no drugs and no more pets, because we have a black lab already.
