Hi! i’m looking for a roommate, preferably female, to move into the second room in an adorable house off of piedmont park in Midtown! Move in can be anytime from now through mid December!

The house has a huge fenced in yard and the room is very spacious with its own walk in closet and bathroom. Rent is ~$900 a month.

You cannot beat the location! The house is on a quiet street that runs directly into the park. You can easily access piedmont park, the beltline, Virginia Highlands, and more!

I have been here for two years, so the common areas are already furnished. just need to bring things for your bed and bath :)

I have a super sweet pup who would love a friend to play with if you have one! Dogs & some cats (depending on if they can go outside) are welcome!

I’m a 27 year old professional female living in Midtown, Atlanta! I love this area because it allows me to access so many things I enjoy like the park, belltine, bars, restaurants, etc. I enjoy trying new foods around the city, going out with friends, cooking, binging good tv shows, wine nights, and more!
