Minutes to downtown. 1 mile to zilker park. On bus line. Quiet neighborhood, quiet street. Right by Opa, ABGB etc. Street parking is available. It’s never an issue to find a free parking spot.
Large newly remodeled home with fenced yard. Room furnished with a king bed. I can remove other furniture if needed but not the bed One adult dog allowed that I must meet before you can be approved and you have to scoop the poop in the backyard. No potty accidents, no chewing, no random barking all the time.
NO CATS. I’m allergic. And also, my hamster said no cats. All bills included. Google fiber 2000 wifi. AC is normally around 74 but there are ceiling fans. Heat is normally around 68-70. I do have a portable heater if that is too cold. There is a small yard that I’m adding a stock tank pool to. I do cook but can plan with you to not be tripping over each other in the kitchen. There are two living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs. 2800 total square feet. I rarely ever use the upstairs living area. Please, no slobs. I’m not a neat freak, but I do my dishes and don’t leave moldy food in the refrigerator for weeks. And I clean my bathroom occasionally!

We’re a family. Two total people. Your room is upstairs in back corner and you don’t hear a lot from downstairs. There is a guest room for my adult son who visits on holidays. He is the one that you’d share a bathroom with when he visits but he often uses my bathroom to be nice. And there is a half bath downstairs so you’d never be without a toilet. Please absolutely no smokers/vapers.
I am vegetarian, mostly vegan.
