Kevin's room

I have one bedroom available for rent in the Westchase area of Houston. The room will be furnished with a full size bed and it has a huge closet! I’m looking for someone who wants a quiet space to study or work. I have a strict house rule for maintaining cleanness for shared area such as living room and bathroom. You will also have full access to the kitchen for cooking.

A little bit about myself, I am 26 years old and work as an System Admin. I enjoy working on the computer so you’ll rarely hear from me. I am currently sharing this home with my gf and cousin. Everyone is nice and we all respect each other space.
