The rent includes all utilities so all you pay is $1,400. Female only, no couples.

I am a professional construction manager female that is sharing her home with three other professional females in a 6 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom two story home in the heart of Soho area in south Tampa. I am looking for a professional female or a graduate UT or USF student. I am however allergic to pets so no pets are allowed at home. No parties are allowed at home but you are welcome to hang out with friends in the nicely decorated backyard area or have friends visit (just no crazy parties at home). I enjoy social gatherings and we love to have BBQ in the backyard. Just, no boyfriends are allowed to come hang out inside the house or spend the night. However, you are welcome to hang out in the outside sitting area.
