Nice restaurants within a block of walking distances.

Rent is $1,000/month plus Electric + Internet. So it will be around $1,050 - $1,080/ per month with utilities included.

We are 2 very chill We females mid 30’s looking for another female to move-in by beginning of January. We work a lot, we don’t do parties or bring people over to the apartment. We are looking for someone just as chill and quiet as us. We don’t want someone that would bring people over all the time (or boyfriend) or that party a lot. We don’t have pets, but we don’t mind if you have a pet, as long as it is quiet and a breed that is allowed by management (a Pet deposit is required for that).

Rent is due by the day of the move in.
