Erika's room

1 bedroom available on the ground floor of our house in Ruby Hill. The room is pretty large with a bigger than normal closet. On the ground floor is a dining/living room, a bathroom (which you’ll share with one other person), and the kitchen. My boyfriend and I live in the basement where we have our own living room, bathroom, and bedroom. Down there is also a storage space and washer/dryer. We also have a large fenced in backyard and street parking.

Three of us live here currently. Nick is the homeowner, I (Erika) am his girlfriend, and Miki is our other roommate and he is who you will share the bathroom with. We keep a pretty low key and relaxed home. Everyone works to maintain common spaces like the kitchen. I would say we are a normal amount of clean. Like - do your dishes but please enjoy your dinner first 😊. We all work typical week day business hours and enjoy casual conversation when we run into each other. Fanny is Nick and I’s golden retriever and she is almost 1.5 yrs old. She’s a sweet pup who loves everyone so you must love dogs.
