Faith's room

Rent a room in our sun-soaked townhouse with vaulted ceilings and private backyard and deck. Access to neighborhood pool with a yearly fee. The house owner spends time here but does not sleep here or have a room here, so she is a half roommate. We are seeking a new roommate for a three and a half person house. Room available has lots of natural light, has a bathroom with a shared shower but private use of toilet and vanity, its own closet, and several electrical outlets. It also has a very fun nook in it that can be used for storage, or to create a cozy hangout loft.

We are two females in our 20s who work full time, are introverted but friendly, and keep things clean and comfortable. The homeowner is my mom and likes to come over to work on the yard and garden.

We have varied sleep schedules, spiritualities, and hobbies, are clean, nerdy, and compassionate. No pets, no children, no smoking, no overnight guests. We are COVID aware, immunocompromised, and keeping our bubbles responsible and small. We keep the house clean but lived in, stay mostly to ourselves but are sociable and pleasant, just introverted. :) No frequent parties, noise level is kept to a minimum, and we are respectful of other people’s space and privacy.

We are looking for one person, with no pets or dependent children, who does not smoke, who is also kind, clean, and honest. The room will be available starting in February but can be shown ASAP. There is a 6 month lease and a deposit.
