The room is decent and has closet. Apt is very clean and we keep it clean. Access to dumpster and recycling. Walking distance from bus route and 711 convenient store. Prospect and Overland area. Great porch in back with fire pit. No dogs or pets allowed, sorry, its in the lease as well as we have a large service dog that does not do other dogs.

My partner and I along with our dog and three year old live here. That being said, not a party house situation. Although we love music and have a good time on occasion. As long as it does not affect health or safety of the house we mind our own business. If you contribute to messing it up you contribute to cleaning it, very simple. So if you just to and from your room and bathroom and don’t use day area or porch, you will not be expected to clean the living room, but again if you make meals and use kitchen then we expect you do your part cleaning up after yourself. Looking for an Adult basically, not wanting to raise another child. We have had problems with a few roommates eating all the food and never buying groceries and leaving messes, not contributing while taking and using.
