Northwest 23rd Street

Need someone to stay from December until at least June. Someone who needs housing for winter and spring term of school. Could stay for summer term too if wanted. The room is really big and nice. It may seem expensive but the apartment itself is huge, has a balcony, and a nice kitchen. It is also in the absolute perfect location right behind monroe so you can walk to any restaurants any time or to campus. It’s in the middle of where most students live so you can walk to all your friends houses all the Greek houses, etc. It also has a laundry room. The kitchen is big and has more than enough storage. You would get your own huge cabinets to store food as well as the shared other cabinets for dishes, spices, fridge etc. I may need to move out for winter and spring term of school so I’m looking for someone that is willing to sub lease from like December to at least June but could could stay the whole summer if they wanted to and possibly longer if they needed somewhere to live for the 2021 school year. There is a full bed with a new mattress. There is a wooden desk to do homework. There is a pretty spacious closet for hanging clothes. I would leave my led lights up on the ceiling and you could use them.

My roommates are all really nice and chill female students. I have 4 roommates and most of them are involved in Greek life and are juniors. You would share a bathroom with 1 or 2 other girls. The bathroom is really nice and we have no issue sharing it the 3 of us. It’s kept clean and there’s plenty of storage.
