Large single-family home in Costa Mesa (only 1 room for rent). Spacious upgraded kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.  Large open concept 2nd floor with lots of space. There is also an office/ den with a murphy bed for any out of town guests. The home has in-unit laundry, central AC/heat, an attached 2 car garage, a private balcony and a private patio. Just minutes from the 55 freeway, Back Bay and Newport Beach.

The room for rent is the larger of the 2 bedrooms and has an en-suite bathroom, glass shower, a walk-in closet and dual sinks. Pictures of the room are included!

A little about me (the current tenant youd be splitting with) Im a 31 yr old male. I work in Software Sales and will be working from home for the forseeable future (depending on what happens with COVID). Im very clean and neat, and that is something thats very important to me. I keep things quite and casual on weekdays, and am usually in bed around 11PM. On weekends I love going out w friends to bars or restaurants, the beach, golfing, working out, hiking, watching sports… Im a very outgoing and social person! I do love to have a good time but rarely ‘bring the party back home’. Im always open for some entertaining and having people over as long as its done in a respectful manner. This house is great for gatherings! I also love to cook and the kitchen is amazing for those that love to as well.

A little about you : can be either Male or Female ( Ive lived with and gotten along with both!) 25-40 years old that has a steady job. Prefer no couples and no animals per the landlords request. Clean and tidy in the common areas, and respectful of eachothers work hours and sleep on weekdays. If you are social and like to go out that would be a bonus, but not a requirement! Im very laid back and easy going and get along with mostly anyone.
