My name is Brooke. I am renewing my lease at an awkward time (October 15th). And my current roommate just bought a condo. So, I am looking for a roommate to move in November 1st. The apartment is over 1100 square feet in an ideal location, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, garage parking available, gated community. Need fab access to get in to community and buildings. Clubhouse, pool, dog park. So of course pet friendly. I do have a pet so must get along with mine. Washer and dryer is in the apartment…
