Elsie Guerra's room

The basement is a nice little basement with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The owners take one side of the driveway and the other side is for the renters. The driveway will fit two small cars. The kitchen and bathroom are tile flooring and the bedrooms are carpeted. A washer and dryer are not included. There is easy access to the basement without having to go through the house.

We are a hardworking Latinx family. We try to keep our house looking tidy and neat as much as possible. We are a family of four. The kids in the house speak both english and spanish. We are very friendly and would love to get to know you but will also respect your privacy as well.
