I’m seeking two new roomies for a hidden gem in East Austin (this is the kind of place that is getting harder and harder to come by in Austin.) This is for a 12-month lease.

Cozy and with tons of character, this three-bedroom house features hardwood floors, high ceilings and windows that let in plenty of sunlight. The house has central AC, central heat and an in-house washer and dryer. The house features a two-car driveway and street parking is also available.

Both rooms are $900/month (bills not included). Security deposit is half the first month’s rent. The rooms are spacious, have wide windows, ceiling fans and ample closet space. The bedrooms share a bathroom The house is a 20 or less bike ride to downtown. We’ve also got easy access ABIA thanks to being right off Airport Blvd.

About me (Torie) - I’m in my 30s and am extroverted and open-minded. I’m a podcaster, work in film and am a huge movie buff.

Please no firearm owners. Unfortunately, no dogs or cats. The landlord has a strict no pet policy.
