This Southwest Styled room has a queen size iron bed, 14“ thick plush, memory foam mattress, rustic dresser and mirror, rustic desk/ workstation, step in closet with bi-fold doors, and a view of the back yard and pool. The room is decorated with a remote controlled fan with and overhead light, custom made deer antler lamp, a halogen desk lamp and two rustic bedside lamps sit on the hand painted nightstands. The 3 bedroom 1950’s house has beautifully restored oak floors and a gas fireplace in the tv room. The tv room has a 55“ flat screen and also leads to the back yard, pool and patio. The shared areas are the formal living room, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, tv room and full bath. The property is meticulously landscaped, there is free parking in the driveway or on the street. It’s a quiet neighborhood, close to UNM, Nob Hill & the airport.

I own the property and occupy the Master suite. I am an artist and work from home. I am an AirBnB Superhost and lease out the other bedroom. The pool is closed now for the Winter, but it is still nice to chill out of the patio in the back yard.
