The Bedroom is fully furnished: Full size bed, computer desk/chair, dresser, small fridge and TV as well as an adjoining furnished room. The rooms for rent are private and divided from the other portion of the house. Cable, water and electric included. No stove but includes a Convection/microwave oven. Use of the washer/dryer is included as well as backyard use. And for those with a small dog the backdoor has a doggy door for canine backyard use as well. And for shopping there is a Publix, CVS, and other stores within a 5 minute drive.
About the roomies
Iām 59, a widower and resident of Bradenton for 15 years. A Non-smoker. Dog owner, love animals. The rooms for rent are private and divided from the other portion of the house.
